Testimonials

Eve visited our school on, she explained the key vocabulary linked to debating and allowed the children to practise debating with red and green cards. Thanks to Eve, the children were really involved and passionate about the main debate. We have taken some debating strategies on board, which we will use in class! A big thanks to Eve for the session!

Student, Year 6 - Roxeth Primary School

I always look forward to our weekly debating sessions on Zoom. It gives me the opportunity to challenge myself when talking about a wide variety of things, helping to improve my articulacy, a skill that I believe is very valuable. But, to be honest, I mostly come for the people I get to spend time with. I've been surprised at how much how can get to know someone without ever having met them in person! All in all, I hope to continue to attend and learn as much as possible.

Debating on Zoom participant

Hi, Eve. I hope you're well. This is a courtesy message to say my children won't be at the debate tomorrow as they made it into the school's debate team and will be at a debate competition until 6 pm tomorrow.  Thanks for your support over the years. It's boosted their confidence.
